note: formats .obj, .mxs, .fbx, .3ds, are exports and may not open properly in your 3d software, depending on what software you use and its version.
i recommend importing the model in .obj format, it opens properly and conserves
the mapping of the materials in the most of cases.
if there is a problem with the model, please let us know and we will fix it as soon as possible.
