INTRODUCTION :
Drawings for making a Tube and Profile Bender:

By definition a tube bender is a tool used to make bends and bends in metal tubes. They are specific machines capable of handling metals, and of applying sufficient tension to avoid damaging a part and prevent it from breaking.

They work by squeezing the flat sheet between two vertically opposed rollers while the third, compensating roller or bending roller moves upwards to make contact with the sheet and then bend it.

The 3-roller bending machine generally takes two lower rollers as active roller and one upper roller can move vertically up and down.

DESCRIPTION:
The design was made in such a way that no welding machine is needed, the Tube and Profile Bending Machine is completely disassembled, and recycled materials can be used. It can also be assembled and disassembled to THE TABLE or WELDING BENCH, as its base has 2 5/8" holes that match the holes in the table.

DIMENSIONS:
49 cm long x 50 cm wide x 50 cm high.

FEATURES:
The bending capacity for rectangular and square profiles is for thicknesses up to 3/8" (10mm). The bending capacity for round tubes depends on the bending diameter of the rollers.
